Scientists reported that exposure to anticholinergic drugs such as antidepressants (for example, paroxetine or amitriptyline), bladder antimuscarinics (for example, oxybutynin or tolterodine), antipsychotics (for example, chlorpromazine or olanzapine) and antiepileptic drugs (for example, oxcarbazepine or carbamazepine) increase the risk of dementia by about 50%.Read the full report here.
